Dosage:
Magnesium Rocks: 1-2 daily, before bed or with food.
Chill Pill: For sleep: 4-5 before bed. For general wellbeing & relaxation: 3 twice/day with food.
Amino Slim: 4 capsules or ½ level teaspoon amino slim powder in water. Take before bed, avoiding all food, or drinks with food value, for 2.5 hours beforehand.
