Love making this around 9.30-10AM. It helps me glide through morning meetings without my energy levels dropping and I definitely feel the benefit of it, in how supple I feel. Heavy-handed with the measure, I use full-fat milk, drop a tablespoon of cacao, a dollop of double cream and ice cubes to thicken it. It's a real treat every day.
